IGIVU – Extended Reality Platform Case Study
IGIVU is a modular extended reality (XR) ecosystem built for enterprise use, combining hardware, software, and deployment workflows into a unified digital platform.
The system enables organizations to explore XR solutions, request consultations, and manage end-to-end device provisioning—transforming a highly technical domain into a structured, user-friendly experience.
The Challenge
Enterprise adoption of XR (VR/AR) presented multiple barriers:
- Fragmented ecosystem:
Rapidly evolving hardware and software lacked a unified access point - High technical complexity:
Non-technical users struggled to understand and adopt XR solutions - Complex sales workflows:
Consultation-heavy processes were not supported by traditional eCommerce models - Operational inefficiencies:
No standardized system for device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
My Role
Led the end-to-end product and experience design:
- Defined UX strategy and platform architecture
- Designed UI/UX systems and user journeys in Figma
- Structured information architecture for enterprise decision-making
- Developed a scalable WordPress-based platform with integrated systems
- Implemented lead generation and consultation workflows
