The Branch Status Plugin is a custom WordPress solution built to display real-time branch availability, including open/closed status, operating hours, and ATM access.

Designed as a lightweight, reusable widget, the system integrates seamlessly into the website and ensures users always have accurate, up-to-date information without requiring staff intervention.

The Challenge

Communicating branch availability created operational and UX challenges:
